Courtney Sexton is a dedicated sign professional and certified sign nerd with over twelve years of experience and expertise earned working in literally every aspect of the sign industry, from design and production to installation, department managing, and growth-oriented client relationships. His six years of sign-related education resulted in an A.F.A. in Advertising Graphic Design and a B.F.A. in Environmental Graphic Design from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design -- in addition to giving Courtney a lifelong passion for sign culture and tools that revolutionize the industry, found on his frequently updated website and blog, Evil Signtist.

Design and layout of graphic elements to be used in the production of signage. Translation of architectural documents into emergency ADA evacuation maps. Operation of large format printers, including new technology that prints directly on ridged substrates. On-site installation of ADA signage and vinyl graphics.

2003 - 2006

Production Manager - Priority Architectural Graphics, San Francisco

Production oversight from start to finish of a global variety of signage types, and specializing in ADA and architectural signage. Workload maintained averaging fifty job orders at any given time, with support of (up to) six assistants.

Managed production and continuous output of vinyl signage department, designed and fabricated banners and point of purchase display signage for West coast region retail outlets and video rental stores (California, Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, Hawaii).
